Your information.
Clear responsibilities.
How daiskills.com handles enquiries and website data. Updated 13 October 2026.
Information you send
The contact form collects your name, email address, and message so our team can review and respond to your enquiry. Do not send passwords, financial details, identity documents, or information you are not authorized to share.
How we handle enquiries
Enquiries are saved in a restricted database outside the public website directory. A notification containing your name, email, and message is sent to our team through ZeptoMail. Your email is used as the reply address; we do not automatically email you a receipt or enrol you in marketing.
How long records remain
Website enquiry records are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Emails received by our team and any later correspondence may have separate retention needs. Ask through the contact form about access or deletion of your enquiry; we may need to verify the request.
Form protection and cookies
The contact page uses an essential session cookie for form verification and submission receipts. It is HttpOnly and uses Secure transport on HTTPS. We use a keyed hash of the connection IP address for rate limiting, not a published IP record. Rate-limit entries expire after an hour; the enquiry hash remains with its record. Session files are cleared after approximately two hours of inactivity.
Appearance and browsing
The browser stores your light, dark, or system choice under daiskills-theme. Clear the website browser data to remove it. No advertising trackers or analytics scripts are included. Fonts and brand images are hosted with the site. The web host keeps access logs, including ordinary request and connection information, for operational and abuse investigation.
Resources and external services
The Tools and Support pages provide information rather than live AI tools. Downloads save files to your device. External links and third-party tools have their own privacy practices. ZeptoMail processes notification content as part of email delivery.
Questions
Use the contact page for a privacy question or record request. Sending an enquiry does not create a paid service agreement, course reservation, or learner account.
